Katrina Belton Williams was born in Brookhaven, Mississippi.  She left Brookhaven before her senior year of High School and moved to Vicksburg.  After graduation, she attended The University of Southern Mississippi where she majored in Communication Disorders.  Prior to receiving her Masters Degree, while completing an internship in Jackson, Mississippi, she met Frank Williams.

Six months later, they were married.  To that union was born Jessica Louise and Frank, Jr.

During the early part of their marriage, Frank shared with her that the Lord had placed it on his heart to begin a choir.  In 1987, after gathering the most talented minds in music, ministry and business, The Mississippi Mass Choir was born.

Katrina was instrumental in developing the concept, planning the structure, interviewing potential members, then managing and booking the group.  After the first recording, because of the phenomenal popularity of the choir, together with Sharon Mannery and Esther Wooten, On Tour Booking Agency was started (now The Mannery-Williams Agency).  The Agency is responsible for booking tour dates and services for the Choir as well as other gospel groups.

In 1990, the Mississippi Children’s Choir was formed.  Katrina was instrumental in the development and management of the Children’s Choir as well.  She penned three songs during the history of MCC:  ‘There is Hope’, ‘Anointing’ and ‘I Love You Jesus’.

Katrina serves on the Executive board of the choir where Rev. Benjamin Cone called her the ‘Rose among the Thorns”.  Although, living now in Pearland, Texas, she remains an integral part to this world renowned Choir.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.  Philippians 4: 6
